Lakeway Resort and Spa provides airport transportation to/from ABIA for hotel guests. This service is provided using Lakeway Resort and Spa transportation department vans and drivers. When issues arise that prevents us from effectively handling any airport transportation arrivals and/or departures, we will arrange for transportation through a professional charter company.

Lakeway Resort and Spa Airport Shuttle

  $45.00 per person, each way, based upon a 7-day notice.

  For requests inside of the 7-day notice, we will accommodate the transportation if possible, at the $85.00 per person rate.

  If this is not possible, we will attempt to arrange transportation via a third-party. All charges for this transportation will be responsibility of the guest

LAKEWAY AREA TRANSPORTATION

The Lakeway Resort and Spa transportation department will handle transportation around the Lakeway area. Guidelines are as follows:

  Transportation will be provided on a complimentary basis for up to 20 guests when available.

  Reservations are requested and shall be made through the Front Office Manager. Requests for immediate service will be accommodated, based upon availability.
  
  
• 
  
  Maximum of 20 guests at one time may be accommodated. Groups larger than this will need to be outsourced to a charter company. The group will be responsible for the payment of the charter company.
  
  
• 
  
  Any transportation beyond the intersection of Lakeway Blvd and RR620 will be considered "Other Transportation" and appropriate fees will apply.

OTHER TRANSPORTATION

This includes transportation to areas beyond the intersection of Lakeway Blvd and RR620. These trips have fees associated with them. Guidelines are as follows:

• All reservations for "Other Transportation" will be considered based upon availability. Anything that the Lakeway Resort and Spa transportation department is not able to handle will be outsourced via a third company and contract fees apply.
  
• Reservations must be made through the Front Office Manager.
  
• Each Lakeway van seats 11 passengers. The transportation department has two 11 passengers vans.

Meeting Lakeway Resort and Spa Shuttle at the ABIA

NOTE: If the shuttle is not present at the Hotel Shuttle Parking Area, please locate the local security personnel to have the Lakeway Resort and Spa Shuttle hailed to curbside parking. Due to security issues the shuttles are not permitted to pull forward until notified by Airport Security. The shuttles are at time staged outside the curbside parking area.

1. Exit Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
   
2. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 71 W (also know as Ben White Blvd and Hwy 290 W)
   
3. Continue on Hwy 71 W and you will go under IH 35 overpass
   
4. Turn RIGHT onto Hwy 71 (8 miles to RR 620)
   
5. Turn RIGHT onto RR 620
   
6. Turn LEFT onto Lohman's Crossing.
   
7. Turn LEFT onto Lakeway Blvd.at the traffic light.
   
8. At the stop sign turn RIGHT onto Lakeway Dr.
   
9. Follow Lakeway Dr. until it dead-ends at the Resort (2 miles)

FROM DOWNTOWN AUSTIN

1. Head west on 6th Street
   
2. Take Loop 1 South Exit
   
3. Go south on Loop 1
   
4. Take Westlake/Rollingwood Exit
   
5. Turn right on 2244
   
6. Continue on 2244 until it dead-ends at Hwy 71
   
7. Turn RIGHT on Hwy 71
   
8. Go to the next traffic light. Turn RIGHT onto RR 620
   
9. Turn LEFT onto Lohman's Crossing.
   
10. Turn LEFT onto Lakeway Blvd.at the traffic light.
    
11. At the stop sign turn RIGHT onto Lakeway Dr.
    
12. Follow Lakeway Dr. until it dead-ends at the Resort (2 miles)

FROM SAN ANTONIO

1. I-35 North
   
2. Exit 230 at Hwy 71W (also known as Ben White Blvd or Hwy 290)
   
3. Turn LEFT and continue on Hwy 290/71 West
   
4. Turn RIGHT onto Hwy 71 at the 290/71 split
   
5. Turn RIGHT onto RR 620
   
6. Turn LEFT onto Lohman's Crossing.
   
7. Turn LEFT onto Lakeway Blvd. at the traffic light.
   
8. At the stop sign turn RIGHT onto Lakeway Dr.
   
9. Follow Lakeway Dr. until it dead-ends at the Resort (2miles)

FROM DALLAS

1. I-35 South
   
2. Exit 252B and turn RIGHT onto RR 620
   
3. Continue on RR 620 for 21 miles. You will pass Mansfield Dam on the right
   
4. Turn RIGHT onto Lakeway Blvd. (5 miles past Dam)
   
5. Continue on Lakeway Blvd. and go straight at the traffic light
   
6. This traffic light will be the intersection of Lakeway Blvd. and Lohman's Crossing.
   
7. At the stop sign just past the traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Lakeway Dr.
   
8. Follow Lakeway Dr. until it dead-ends at the Resort (2 miles)

FROM EAST HOUSTON

1. Hwy 290 East to FM 2222 West
   
2. Continue on FM 2222 (also known as Koenig Lane, Allendale Road, or Northland Drive)
   
3. You will go under the Loop 1 overpass
   
4. Go to the 3rd traffic light. Turn RIGHT
   
5. You will still be on FM 2222 - travel 8 miles on FM 2222
   
6. Turn LEFT on RR 620
   
7. Continue on RR 620. You will pass the Mansfield Dam on your right
   
8. Turn RIGHT onto Lakeway Blvd. (5 miles past Dam)
   
9. Continue on Lakeway Blvd. and go straight at the traffic light
   
10. This traffic light will be the intersection of Lakeway Blvd. and Lohman's Crossing
    
11. At the stop sign just past the traffic light turn RIGHT onto Lakeway Dr.
    
12. Follow Lakeway Dr. until it dead-ends at the Resort (2 miles)

FROM WEST HOUSTON

1. IH-10 to Columbus 
   
2. Take Hwy 71 W to Austin. Go under IH 35
   
3. Turn RIGHT onto Hwy 71 at the 290/71 split
   
4. Turn RIGHT onto RR 620 
   
5. Turn LEFT onto Lohman's Crossing. 
   
6. Turn LEFT at the traffic light onto Lakeway Blvd.
