Food and Beverage
Assistant Banquets Manager   
To supervise all activities of the Banquet Department to ensure guest satisfaction. To provide managerial coverage in the absence of the Banquet Manager and / or Director of Food and Beverage. Circulates through each Banquet function to ensure guest satisfaction. Sincerely seeks guest comments and quickly and willingly handles any complaints. Checks banquet rooms, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and sufficient supplies and equipment. Performs human resource functions for staff, including scheduling, evaluating, and training staff. Monitors the profitability of functions to ensure quality and portion control while minimizing waste and broken or lost supplies. Maintains cleanliness of the banquet through direct visual inspection continually during all hours of operation. Supervises the food and beverage services of banquet functions, including set-up, service, and breakdown. Assists in taking inventories, purchasing necessary supplies, and controlling their distribution. Inspects food products to ensure quality, quantity, and palatability guidelines are followed. Maintains weekly cleaning lists. Holds periodic meetings with Banquet staff to review past and future performance of service, quality, general information concerning guest and employee relations, and upcoming daily functions. Requires advanced knowledge of specialized or technical field or a thorough knowledge of the practices and techniques of a professional field. May require knowledge of policies and procedures, and the ability to determine a course of action based on these guidelines. Must have current TABC. This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of three years job-related experience. Hours: Full Time Pay: Salaried
Restaurant/Cocktail Server   
To provide all guests seated in the lounge with an enjoyable experience, through quality service in the most efficient manner at all times. Performs any necessary pre-shift sidework. Welcomes all guests in lounge in a courteous and helpful manner. Has roll-ups, condiments, and votive candles ready. Serves dry snacks or popcorn to guests. Knows all food items on menu to effectively promote to guests. Takes, delivers, and serves all designated bar menu items and beverages ordered by customers. Checks pars on condiments and requisitions all needed items. Assumes responsibility for payment for goods and services rendered to guests. Keeps the lounge area clean and attractive at all times. Completes assigned closing sidework and performs other duties as instructed by the manager. Hours: (1) Full Time (1) Part Time Pay: $3.00/hr + tips
Steward   
Cleans the total kitchen to include food service carts, walk-in coolers, freezers, service elevators, and loading dock area. Position Requirements: * Minimum formal education of some high school. * Minimum of less than six months job-related experience Hours: Full Time Pay: $7.57/hr
Cook l   
To complete daily production lists assigned by the Chef based on house counts. To assist with all aspects of food production. Checks with Sous Chef for daily objectives. Sets up any a la carte stations required for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Ensures all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef. Cleans and organizes workstation. Maintains a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. Performs banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive or Sous Chef. Ensures assigned workstation has proper level of par stocks and supplies according to daily menus and banquets. Hours: Full Time/Part Time Pay: $9.38/hr
Food & Beverage Manager   
To administer and supervise the operation of the Food and Beverage Department. To ensure that the quality of food and beverage, and service is consistent with company guidelines. To ensure the profitability of the Food and Beverage Department. Circulates through each dining area to ensure guest satisfaction. Sincerely seeks guest comments and quickly and willingly handles any complaints. Checks dining room, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and sufficient supplies and equipment.Performs human resource functions for staff, including scheduling, evaluating, and training staff. Assists in taking inventories, purchasing necessary supplies, and controlling main distribution. Assists in developing the annual Food and Beverage budget. Designs concepts for promotional efforts. Holds periodic meetings with staff to review past and future performance of service, quality, and general information concerning guest and employee relations. Requires advanced knowledge of specialized or technical field or a thorough knowledge of the practices and techniques of a professional field. May require knowledge of policies and procedures, and the ability to determine a course of action based on these guidelines. This position requires a minimum formal education of an Associate’s degree and a minimum of three years job-related experience. Hours: Full Time Pay: Salaried
Room Service Server   
Delivers Food and Beverage orders to guestrooms according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Assists in the maintenance of the room service area and equipment. Essential Functions: * Performs any necessary pre-shift sidework. * Learns menu for area and ingredients. * Anticipates guests’ needs, delivering food and cocktail orders promptly. Ensures all guest checks are signed. * Restores equipment and other assigned items prior to and at the end of the shift. * Enters the guest room and places tray by the established standard. Position Requirements: * Must have excellent customer service, previous experience is preferred. * Must be able to carry, pull and push over 30 pounds. * Must be able to work weekends and holidays * Applicant must be at least 18 years of age or older * Must have current TABC certification Wage: $6.15/hr + tips
Rooms
Retail Sales Associate l   
To maintain the daily operations of the gift shop. Opens and closes the gift shop according to procedure. Checks logs daily for new entries. Enters new information into the log. Greets customers in a helpful, friendly manner. Assists customers with their purchases. Handles cash transactions. Maintains a personal bank. Makes cash drop. Handles credit card transactions. Obtains and ensures proper authorization. Records purchases in cash register. Places price tags on gift shop merchandise. Maintains the gift shop in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion. Requires ability to interpret / extract information and / or perform arithmetic functions. May require typing, CRT, record keeping, or word processing. May have need for good communication skills. This position requires a minimum formal education of some high school and a minimum of less than six months job-related experience. TABC Certified. Tobacco Sales. Hours: Full Time Pay: $8.00/hr
Sales and Marketing
Catering Sales Manager   
To sell, plan, and execute social functions including food and beverage events and room blocks. Manages social market based on annual room night and revenue target. This includes identifying potential social business, negotiating room nights and rate, and upselling menus whenever possible. Finalizes all details of catering functions. Serves as guest contact during the event when needed. Prepares and checks all catering function sheets or other relevant forms as they arise. Ensures that appropriate departments receive any changes. Inspects function room prior to start of the function for correct set up. Attends function periodically as a supervisory check. Assists in the preparation of catering backlog. Ensures billing is correct before sent to client. Attends weekly meetings including resume meeting, F&B, BEO and Sales meeting. Requires thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field. May compile objective and measurable data and produce reports. May require operating knowledge of manufacturing or computer equipment, or may require broad knowledge in clerical or service areas. This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of one year job-related experience. Hours: Full Time Pay: Salaried
Spa
Pool Attendant   
To assist guests and members with service needs in the pool while maintaining a safe and secure area. Oversees pool areas with regards to the safety of guests and members. Assists guests and members with any basic requests and questions. Maintains general cleanliness of the pool area. Performs lifesaving and first aid duties as needed. Performs any other duties or functions that contribute to the overall daily operations of the facility. Requires ability to interpret / extract information and / or perform arithmetic functions. May require typing, CRT, record keeping, or word processing. May have need for good communication skills. This position requires a minimum formal education of some high school and a minimum of less than six months job-related experience. Must be RedCross certified as Lifeguard/First Aid and CPR/AED for the professional rescuer. Hours: Full Time Pay: $8.25/hr
Massage Therapist   
To provide guests with professional massage therapy. Meet and greet all clients by name. Provides consultations to potential guests as needed. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Follows proper sanitation requirements. Keeps up-to-date guest records. Completes each service in a designated time. Assist spa staff in attending to telephones, scheduling, and general desk duties. Assist when needed in ordering and stocking of supplies. Requirements: 2 years experience, Texas Massage license, prior Spa experience preferred, flexible schedule. Must be able to work Saturdays. Pay: $3.61/hr + Service Charge & Commission
Esthetician   
To provide guests with professional skin care treatments and facials. Meet and greet all clients by name. Provides consultations to potential guests as needed. Recommends retail spa products for purchase. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Follows proper sanitation requirements. Keeps up-to-date guest records. Completes each service in a designated time. Assist spa staff in attending to telephones, scheduling, and general desk duties. Assist when needed in ordering and stocking of supplies. Contributes to events or promotions as needed. Requires ability to interpret / extract information and / or perform arithmetic functions. May require typing, CRT, record keeping, or word processing. May have need for good communication skills. Spa experience preferred. This position requires a minimum formal education of an Associate’s degree or certification equivalent and a minimum of less than 6 months job-related experience. A valid Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist License required, must submit to technical skills assessment as part of pre-employment process. Must adhere to the laws and rules set forth by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Hours: Full Time Pay: $3.61/hr + Service Charge and Commission
Nail Tech   
To provide guests with professional nail care treatments. Provide manicure and pedicure services for clients and guests. Meet and greet all clients by name. Provides consultations to potential guests as needed. Recommends retail products for purchase. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Follows proper sanitation requirements. Keeps up-to-date guest records. Completes each service in a designated time. Assist spa staff in attending to telephones, scheduling, and general desk duties. Assist when needed in ordering and stocking of supplies. Contributes to events or promotions as needed. Requires ability to interpret / extract information and / or perform arithmetic functions. May require typing, CRT, record keeping, or word processing. May have need for good communication skills. Hairstylist   
To provide guests with professional hair care services to include the following: arranging, beautifying, bleaching, cleansing, coloring, cutting, dressing, dyeing, processing, shampooing, shaping, straightening, styling, tinting, waving, clipping, cutting or trimming. Meet and greet all clients by name. Provides consultations to potential guests as needed. Recommends retail products for purchase. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Follows proper sanitation requirements. Keeps up-to-date guest records. Completes each service in a designated time. Assist spa staff in attending to telephones, scheduling, and general desk duties. Assist when needed in ordering and stocking of supplies. Assist in maintaining locker room, spa lounge and restocking of towels, robes and sandals. Contributes to events or promotions as needed.
Spa Concierge   
To greet clients, book appointments for spa treatments, provide hospitality to spa clients and sell retail spa products as required. Meet and greet all clients by name. Schedule and confirm spa treatment appointments. Provide detailed explanation of spa services and special spa and fitness center packages. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Follows proper sanitation requirements. Keeps up-to-date guest records, responsible for answering all incoming phone calls in 3 rings. Coordinate and oversee refreshment services for spa lounge. Perform inventory and order and maintain stock of products including retail apparel, spa displays, gift cards, etc. Provide spa tours to prospective clients. Billing client out under our POS system. Maintain locker room, spa lounge, and restocking of towels, robes, and sandals. Contributes to events or promotions as needed. Requires strong communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment. Must be able to think and act independently and set priorities throughout the day with a minimum of supervision. Excellent organizational skills. This position requires a minimum formal education of High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in Spa or similar retail environment. Experience with cash handling. Hours: Full Time Pay: $10.00/hr
